  I have been miserable since we moved in. I had an even worse experience with the previous office staff- but since they have been replaced I wont focus on those issues!! I thought the new staff was going to be a good change in service because the last was horrid, but we just got slapped with a $600 raise in rent, $250 month to month fee, or GET OUT option. Its amazing to think we only need to stay 22 days past our lease (waiting for our house to be done) and they expect normal people and families to be able to pay $2000 for a single months rent!!! I understand raising rent for month to month, and I even understand we originally signed our apartment for a steal of a price... but to raise it over $600 in one swoop is just wrong. I spoke to an office girl and she really just brushed us off like theres nothing she can do. They have zero feelings for people, its all business. If you only plan on staying a year and lock in a good price, good luck. But if youre looking for somewhere to be for a while, expect to be paying out of the ass each time you resign your lease. Maintenance guys are so nice, the apartment is nice, dog park is even pretty nice, but for the price- its not worth it. The drama and PARKING is ridiculous!!

  I’ve lived here over 3 years. The staff has always been attentive. If you ask for something they take care of it. For an apartment complex that is newly built and has a trash service the price is very fair.
